Job summary

Robinhood in the United States is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Advisor Services team to support firms on our platform and drive growth through outstanding service. Based in our Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX offices with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, you will manage complex requests, educate Advisors on platform changes, and advocate for client needs across the organization.

Base pay aligns to Zone 2: $75,000–$88,000, with bonus and equity opportunities.

• 5+ years of customer service or related industry experience.
• SIE required; Series 7 preferred.
• Deep understanding of Advisor relationships and financial platforms.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid in-office setting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Advisor relationships, including firm structure and decision makers.
• Educate Advisors on platform changes and roadmap.
• Leverage CRM to identify signals and translate into feedback.
• Meet with firms regularly, virtually or in person, to deepen relationships.

The Advisor Services team’s mission is to serve as an advocate for the firms that work on our platform; we advocate to support their business and their clients, to be a solution seeker and problem solver, and to meet our advisors where they need us most.

As a Relationship Manager, you will provide exceptional, detailed service to our firms through an overall understanding of their business and being a point of contact for a myriad of complex requests. Your dedicated service and support have a direct impact on the firm’s growth on our platform, which ultimately lead to an increase in net deposits to Robinhood.

This role is based in our Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Broad understanding of each Advisor relationship they oversee, including the firm’s structure, key decision makers, technology stack, client demographics, among others.
• Educate our Advisors on platform changes and our upcoming roadmap; help Advisors find the most efficient and effective ways for doing business with our platform.
• Leverage internal technology solutions, such as our CRM, to uncover signals or trends with your firms, and translate those signals into actionable feedback or education areas.
• Regularly meet with firms either virtually or in person in an effort to deepen the relationship, educate the firm on our platform and what’s coming, and increase firm loyalty.
• Be an advocate internally for the firms you work with. Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders internally, and influence change for overall platform enhancements based on their needs.

• Demonstrate a high understanding of the RIA industry, and specifically the TradePMR by Robinhood platform, features, tools, and products
• Heart to serve with a passion for problem solving and helping others with finding solutions to complex requests
• Curious learner that is motivated to learn more about their role, their clients, and our platform
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities with an execution mentality to ensure a seamless experience for our Advisors
• 5+ Years of customer service and related industry experience; SIE required, Series 7 preferred

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) - $85,000-$100,000 USD
• Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) - $75,000-$88,000 USD
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) - $66,000-$78,000 USD
