Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Client Relationship Senior Associate to provide detailed service to Advisor clients, understanding each firm’s structure, decision makers, and technology mix to drive growth on our platform. Your role is to foster loyalty and effectively respond to complex requests with excellent service.

This position is based in our Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in financial services.
• Understanding of the RIA industry and Robinhood platform features.
• SIE certification is required; Series 7 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand each Advisor relationship, including firm structure and key decision makers.
• Educate Advisors on platform changes and upcoming roadmap; assist with efficient workflows.
• Use CRM and other tools to identify signals and translate into actionable guidance.
