Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Relationship Manager for Advisor Services to deliver exceptional service to registered investment advisors. You will become the main point of contact, understanding each firm's business, technology stack, and needs, and helping them grow deposits on our platform.

This role is based in Clearwater, FL (and Westlake, TX) with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. We offer competitive pay, equity, bonus programs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Understand the RIA industry and Robinhood's TradePMR platform features.
• Heart to serve with a passion for problem solving and helping others with finding solutions to complex requests.
• Curious learner that is motivated to learn more about their role, their clients, and our platform.
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities with an execution mentality to ensure a seamless experience for our Advisors.
• 5+ years of customer service and related industry experience; SIE required, Series 7 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand each Advisor relationship: structure, decision makers, tech stack, client base.
• Educate Advisors on platform changes and roadmap; help them work efficiently.
• Leverage CRM and other tools to identify trends and translate into actionable feedback.
• Regularly meet with firms (virtual or in person) to deepen relationships and educate about our platform.
• Advocate for firms internally and escalate issues to improve the platform.
