Job summary

Robinhood in Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX seeks a Relationship Manager for Advisor Services. You will provide exceptional, detailed service to firms on our platform, understanding their business and serving as the primary contact for complex requests, driving growth and net deposits.

You’ll be based in both offices with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. You’ll educate Advisors on changes and roadmap, use CRM to spot trends, and advocate for client needs to influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or related industry experience.
• SIE required; Series 7 preferred.
• Knowledge of RIAs and financial platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, detailed service to firms on our platform.
• Understand each firm’s business and act as a primary contact for complex requests.
• Educate Advisors on platform changes and upcoming roadmap.
• Leverage CRM to uncover signals or trends and translate into feedback.
• Meet with firms regularly to deepen relationships and increase loyalty.
