Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Relationship Manager for Advisor Services, based in Clearwater, FL or Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week. You will be the primary contact for advisor firms, understanding their business and helping them grow on our platform.

You will educate advisors on platform changes, leverage CRM data, and advocate internally to improve the platform for advisors. Strong customer service in financial services is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Robinhood Advisor platform and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand each advisor relationship: firm structure, decision makers, tech stack, client base.
• Educate advisors on platform changes and roadmaps; show efficient ways to do business on our platform.
• Use CRM and other tools to identify signals and translate them into actionable insights for advisors.
• Regularly meet with firms (virtual or in-person) to deepen relationships and promote platform adoption.
• Advocate for advisor needs internally and escalate issues to drive platform improvements.
