Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional in Lutz, FL to deliver exceptional client service both in person and over the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to internal partners.

The role includes potential teller duties and requires strong sales acumen and compliance with policies. The position supports serving consumer and small business clients, with opportunities to advance within the branch and contribute to sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations and referrals to partners.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve sales techniques.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Greet clients, conduct transactions, and uncover client needs.
