Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. in the United States is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Securities Lending to lead a portfolio of complex institutional clients, serving as a trusted advisor while delivering strategic solutions and expanding relationships.

You will advise clients on initiatives, coordinate internal resources for timely issue resolution, and stay ahead of market and regulatory changes affecting securities lending programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of financial services experience, including at least 5 years in securities lending, trust, asset servicing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending products, borrower and collateral structures.
• Understanding financial markets and portfolio management concepts.
• Proven experience managing complex institutional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex institutional clients in securities lending.
• Advise senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives, service enhancements, and business objectives.
• Develop innovative solutions addressing evolving client needs and industry trends.
