Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services with at least 5 years in securities lending, trust, asset servicing, custody, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending products, borrower and collateral structures, and industry practices.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment management, and portfolio management concepts.
• Proven experience managing complex institutional client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with complex institutional securities lending clients.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic initiatives and service enhancements.
