• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
• Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred.
• In-depth banking knowledge and risk awareness are expected.

• Develops periodic goals, organizes work and monitors activities in Loan Ops.
• Sets up and monitors processes with emphasis on quality control.
• Conducts performance management and training for staff.
• Balances high-level execution with strategic direction of functions.
