Job summary
REPAY is seeking an extremely results-driven Relationship Manager to deepen client partnerships across the top 10 accounts, driving growth, retention, and satisfaction. You will apply project management and strategic thinking to complex client relationships from onboarding through ongoing service.
You will lead account plans, forecast opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to deliver proactive service solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of Relationship Management or related experience.
- Payments industry experience required or preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with top clients from handoff to end of relationship.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with REPAY products and services.
- Develop and execute strategy to deliver day-to-day and proactive service solutions to top-tier clients.
- Lead account planning, forecasting opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quota.
