Job summary
REPAY is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain client relationships from implementation handoff through the end of the relationship, primarily working with the top 75 clients and delivering day-to-day and proactive service solutions.
The role requires 7–10 years in relationship/account management within payments, strong CRM (Salesforce) proficiency, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills to drive strategic account planning and growth at REPAY.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of Relationship Management, Client/Account Management and/or Sales experience.
- Payments industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients from implementation handoff through end of relationship.
- Predominantly work with the top 75 clients.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
- Develop and execute strategy to deliver day-to-day and proactive service solutions to top-tier clients.
