Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
