Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC seeks a client service representative who builds trusted relationships through in-person and phone interactions. You will cross-sell banking products, advise on consumer lending options, and refer complex needs to specialists while supporting teller duties as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting branch sales targets, delivering exceptional service, and staying compliant with bank policies. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone
• Develop and expand client relationships to meet client needs
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists
• Support branch sales targets through consultative conversations and referrals
