Truist is seeking an engaged banking professional to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships in a regular or temporary capacity. The role involves sales, consultative conversations, and referrals to other specialists to drive growth, with potential teller duties as needed.

Expect responsibilities spanning customer service, lending discussions, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains client relationships and provides industry-leading service in person and on the phone.
• Develops and expands client relationships to meet service and sales targets.
• Conducts consultative conversations and refers complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in branch leadership routines and sales processes.
• Continuously improves sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advises on consumer lending options and handles loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provides a consistent client service experience during transactions.
