Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales engagement: consultative conversations to understand client priorities and promote deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
• Grow client relationships by identifying and fulfilling deposit and borrowing needs, guiding loan options, and opening deposit accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals while leveraging bank products and services.
• Make referrals to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking) to deepen relationships.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Assist with sales training and coaching of associates as needed.
• Support teller line to minimize wait times and handle transactions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and ethics.
