Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch in the United States.

You will represent the brand, provide hospitality, and leverage banking solutions to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, delivering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs. The role requires handling branch hours including weekends/evenings, pursuing licenses via the licensing program, and complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring products to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations; complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person and by phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients’ needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
