Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client relationship.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, tailoring product benefits to diverse client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs, build trust, and anticipate financial requirements.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on solutions and connect clients to team experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
