Job summary

You will educate clients on products, open and service accounts, and support branch goals with proactive service and issue resolution.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service and 1 year in retail banking, with preference for cross-selling and credit experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Cross selling experience preferred.
• Consumer credit experience preferred.
• Platform banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the banking center by establishing, expanding, and retaining high-value consumer and business client relationships.
• Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve issues, develop, and maintain customer loyalty.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Achieve defined sales and service goals.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
