Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access and reimbursement, or related specialty areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license with travel ability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education, reimbursement support, and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers, office staff, and partners on reimbursement processes and programs.
• Analyze reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies to improve patient access.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and partners for enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and case management.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with stakeholders to optimize patient access.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Operate in compliance with policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage travel and expenses per guidelines.
