Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to support the Regulatory Science & Communication team in the United States. You will coordinate projects, maintain schedules, and drive timely delivery of regulatory science and communication objectives.

The role partners with Regulatory Affairs, project leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure governance, effective meetings, and transparent information flow, under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments.
• Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate gaps as needed.
• Gather and summarize information for updates, reviews, and team deliverables.
• Coordinate review, approval, and distribution of materials with contributors and reviewers.
