Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to support the Regulatory Science & Communication team. You will coordinate schedules, track timelines, and manage communications across Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

The role emphasizes governance, risk tracking, and process improvements under limited supervision to enhance execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs for the Regulatory Science & Communication team from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments.
• Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify potential delays or gaps and elevate them as appropriate.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and summarize information for project updates, leadership reviews, regulatory science activities, communication materials, and other team deliverables.
• Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of regulatory science and communication materials, ensuring that required contributors and reviewers are engaged at the appropriate time.
