Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to provide project coordination, operational, and communication support to the Regulatory Science & Communication team in Los Angeles, CA. You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, project leaders, and cross-functional partners to plan initiatives, maintain schedules, and deliver regulatory science objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking status and risks, organizing information for updates, and ensuring timely review

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs from initiation to completion, including schedules and deliverables.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, monitor follow-up.
• Track status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies; elevate delays.
• Gather, organize, analyze information for updates and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate review, approval, and distribution of regulatory science and communication materials.
• Monitor mailboxes, trackers, repositories to ensure timely responses and record-keeping.
• Support onboarding and training on processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate vendors, PO, invoices, contracts, and travel/expense activities.
