Job summary

MiniMed, a full‑stack insulin delivery company, seeks a Project Coordinator IV to support the Regulatory Science & Communication team in planning and delivering initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, risks, and deliverables, and liaise with Regulatory Affairs and cross‑functional partners to ensure timely execution, governance, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments.
• Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify delays or gaps and elevate as appropriate.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and summarize information for project updates, leadership reviews, regulatory science activities, and other deliverables.
• Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of regulatory science and communication materials, ensuring contributors and reviewers are engaged.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, project trackers, document repositories, and other systems to promote timely responses and accurate records.
• Support onboarding and training activities related to processes, tools, systems, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, travel or expense activities.
• Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
