Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Regulatory Project Coordinator IV to support the Regulatory Science & Communication team. You will coordinate projects, maintain schedules, track milestones, and prepare materials for leadership reviews and regulatory deliverables.

The role collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, cross-functional partners, and vendors, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage non-routine assignments with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs for Regulatory Science & Communication from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments.
• Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate delays or gaps as needed.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and summarize information for project updates, leadership reviews, regulatory science activities, and other team deliverables.
• Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of regulatory science and communication materials.
