Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to provide project coordination, operational and communication support to the Regulatory Science & Communication team in the United States. This role partners with Regulatory Affairs, project leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute initiatives, maintain schedules, and ensure timely delivery of regulatory science and communication objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to learn different tools on the fly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up commitments.
• Track project status, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; identify delays or gaps and elevate them as appropriate.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and summarize information for project updates and leadership reviews.
