Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a dynamic program manager to lead global product launches, navigate regulatory and operational complexities, and ensure seamless lifecycle transitions for insulin delivery devices. This on-site role requires coordinating across Marketing, Regulatory, Technical Communications, and Operations in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 with advanced degree).
• Experience in drug delivery devices, preferably insulin delivery devices.
• Experience leading in matrix organizations with strong influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geographical expansion programs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-of-life program management ensuring business continuity.
• Lead cross-functional projects for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Oversee operational aspects of projects and liaise between management, planning, and teams.
• Manage development and implementation of products and services across departments.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and reports.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and solve issues.
• Gather requirements and secure stakeholder engagement to meet business needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure end products address problems.
