Job summary

NSG is seeking a passionate Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment across the US and Canada, supporting Mexico, and strengthen our employer brand. You will develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and drive improvements across the regional recruitment program.

You will manage 2 direct reports, handle 1,000+ annual openings, implement diversity hiring, partner with HRBPs on workforce planning, optimize ATS use, mentor hiring managers, ensure compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Seven+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site recruiting operations.
• Experience working with applicant tracking software.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employee laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to the Toledo area to partner with key stakeholders and team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for the organization.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives through sourcing channel diversification and structured interview practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on workforce planning.
• Analyze recruiting processes to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.
• Build strategic talent pipelines and support recruiting events and career fairs.
• Enhance and manage a structured onboarding program for new employees.
• Train and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout recruitment and hiring.
