Job summary

NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment across the US and Canada, with support to Mexico. You will develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and elevate the employer brand, while guiding a TA team and ensuring compliance.

The role requires at least seven years in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of sourcing and branding, and travel to partner with stakeholders, including Toledo area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting multi-site recruiting operations.
• Experience working with applicant tracking software.
• Strong knowledge of TA practices, sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel to the Toledo area to partner with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for US/Canada; support Mexico.
• Drive diversity hiring via sourcing channel diversification and structured interviews.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on workforce planning.
• Analyze recruiting processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Manage ATS to ensure efficiency, compliance and data integrity.
• Build strategic talent pipelines via university relationships and career events.
• Enhance onboarding to successfully integrate new hires.
• Train hiring managers on interview techniques and selection practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws throughout recruiting process.
• Develop recruitment marketing to elevate employer brand and represent NSG at events.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Adhere to NSG/Pilkington Standards and Values.
• Other duties as assigned.
