Job summary

Puig is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across North America, spanning corporate, retail, and field populations. This role partnerships with business leaders to drive growth and build high-performing teams.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, strengthen hiring practices, onboard new hires, and elevate employer branding and analytics to deliver a superior candidate and hiring manager experience across NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related HR function.
• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with business leaders on strategic hiring needs.
• Experience leading recruitment across corporate, retail, field, or multi-site populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Talent Acquisition function across corporate, field, retail, and functional roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that support current hiring needs and future workforce planning.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and capability requirements.
• Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions and collaborate with TA partner for retail/field hiring.
• Provide recruitment guidance for senior-level roles and critical business needs.
• Build and maintain external pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and proactive engagement.
