Qualifications

• Experience in business development and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to develop opportunities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and strategic accounts.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through proactive relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
• Deliver product presentations and technical discussions; conduct business reviews.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and document opportunities, activities, forecasts, and interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service to support projects and product implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to promote products and services.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and business development.
