POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City, CA, on-site, seeks a Regional Finance Business Partner to be the North America retail organization's primary financial advisor. You will translate financial data into insights to drive profitability and strategic decisions across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and governance, partnering with Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain, Construction, and Corporate Shared Services to support POP MART's growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
8+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
Experience supporting multi-site or retail operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, monthly reviews and profitability analysis.
Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards for leadership.
Provide data-driven insights to guide investments and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Retail Operations, Construction, Merchandising and Supply Chain.
