Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regional Account Director, Oncology for the Greater Philadelphia area. You will develop cross-functional account plans and manage relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth in the US Oncology portfolio including Nubeqa, Xofigo, Vitrakvi and Stivarga.

The role requires up to 50% travel, collaboration with field sales, marketing, medical, and access teams, and a strong background in pharma account management within IDNs, hospitals, or community oncology.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO models and offerings.
• Demonstrated skills in business planning, including account planning, contracting, and analytics.
• Cross-functional influence, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of customer channels and market dynamics across Oncology.
• Experience in budget management.
• Proficient in Power Point and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Business travel by air and car up to 50%; some weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders (C- and D- level).
• Understand key priorities of accounts and conduct business reviews (QBRs).
• Leverage data tools to identify growth opportunities and develop cross-functional account plans.
• Monitor product pathway status and ensure appropriate positioning.
• Provide Area strategy and analytical support to leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement account solutions.
