Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of pharma and/or healthcare-related experience.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical account management in IDN, hospital or community oncology/urology channels.
• Subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO business models.
• Experience in budget management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders (C- and D-level).
• Understand account priorities and conduct business reviews (QBRs).
• Develop, implement, and measure cross-functional account plans for growth in Oncology.
• Provide area strategy and analytical support to leadership and the customer team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account actions and KPIs.
