• Experience leading integrations, program launches, and large-scale ramps.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HR management supporting new business integration and facility buildouts.
• Establish governance frameworks and execution models for HR integration activities.
• Lead cross-functional HR workstreams including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, and Training.
• Align HR integration strategy with business growth, ramp timelines, and site launches.
• Develop integrated HR project plans for workforce ramp readiness and onboarding infrastructure.
• Ensure scalable HR processes, systems, and workforce models to support rapid growth.
• Provide executive-level reporting on integration progress, ramp readiness, and risks.
• Identify workforce, organizational, or operational risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR integration practices.
• Lead integration team responsible for ramp-related HR activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HRIS and HR Operations to support ramp planning, reporting, and integration.
• Coordinate with Global HR leadership to align with enterprise strategies and programs.
