Job summary

Jabil, a global provider of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions, seeks a Business Unit Director to own the global customer P&L, drive growth, and build strategic partnerships. You will negotiate contracts, lead cross-functional teams, and steer QBRs to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business, manufacturing, operations, finance, or account management.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships, P&L ownership, and business growth.
• Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global P&L and financial performance for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure delivery of customer commitments and SLAs.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business planning.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
