Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions in Bartlett, TN, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Leader to partner with site leaders and drive people strategies in a manufacturing setting. You will own talent and workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and analytics to boost engagement, retention, and performance; you will oversee recruitment, learning, and leadership pipeline.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years HR experience, with 5+ years in HR management preferred, and fluency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of related HR experience; 5+ years in HR management strongly preferred
Strategic thinking, business acumen, decisive leadership, talent development, and change communication
Employment-law knowledge; ability to operate in a manufacturing environment with safety and regulatory awareness

Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR initiatives across the Memphis region, aligning people priorities with business goals
Oversee staffing, recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, and leadership-pipeline development
Manage employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance
Provide workforce analytics on turnover, attendance, staffing, retention, labor costs, and productivity; support compensation programs
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory, and company requirements
