ARCH Regional Human Resource Manager leads HR strategy across three manufacturing locations near Bartlett, TN, aligning workforce priorities with plant performance and employee experience. You will oversee HR staff, coach site leaders, and drive consistency across HR practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in HR management. Proficiency in UKG HRIS and MS Office is preferred to support analytics and programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field and 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of HR management experience strongly preferred.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, decisive leadership, talent development, change communication, adaptability, and employment-law knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provides strategic HR leadership across three manufacturing locations and links workforce strategy with operational performance, capability, compliance, and employee experience.
• Partners with General Managers and site leaders, turns business priorities into people strategies, coaches HR staff, and promotes consistent HR practices.
• Leads staffing, recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, leadership-pipeline development, and initiatives that improve engagement, culture, retention, and effectiveness.
• Manages complex employee-relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and corrective action, ensuring employment-law compliance and risk mitigation.
• Uses workforce analytics (turnover, absenteeism, staffing, retention, labor costs), supports compensation programs, progresses continuous improvement and productivity, and manages the HR budget.
