SHR Talent is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in its search for a Human Resources Business Partner based in the greater Nashville area.

This is a highly visible HR role supporting multiple operational locations and partnering closely with leadership teams on employee engagement, communication, and overall people strategy. The organization is seeking an HR professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility and trust throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is approachable, relationship-oriented, and capable of balancing employee support with business partnership responsibilities. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills are critical for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for designated operational locations
• Build strong relationships with employees and leadership teams
