Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field with minimum 5 years of durable goods sales experience.
• Proven experience negotiating agreements/contracts with high-potential customers.
• Outstanding customer relationship building skills with ability to grow a portfolio.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
• In-depth understanding of regional orthopedic groups, hospital supply chains, and IDNs

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships to grow the Bioventus Pain Treatments portfolio in designated key accounts.
• Serve as the main Bioventus contact within assigned large regional orthopedic groups, hospital systems, regional IDNs, and other key strategic accounts.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic priorities with new and existing customers.
• Develop and communicate monthly and quarterly plans to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with established local sales teams on accelerating Bioventus Pain Treatment sales.
• Own and responsible for sales forecasts, sales funnel/pipeline, and CRM usage.
• Maintain budget and other duties as assigned.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
