CarNow seeks a Regional Account Manager in the United States to manage 75–120 dealer accounts and foster long-term loyalty. You will guide onboarding, live launch activities, and ongoing training while identifying opportunities to enhance product value and ROI.

Responsibilities include proactive account analysis, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering value through digital retailing solutions. Expect up to 75% travel and close coordination with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Provides in-person account management for a designated book of business (75–120 dealer accounts).
• Conducts onboarding and pre-launch consultations with Implementation team for seamless handoff.
• Performs pre-live audits and confirms setup for launch using HubSpot playbooks.
• Schedules and hosts in-person launch meetings and training; virtual meetings when needed.
• Maintains dealer touchpoints on a 45-day cadence with emails, texts, or calls.
