Job summary

Club Assist US LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Regional Account Manager to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, open and close service contracts, and drive regional sales growth. The RAM will coordinate with internal teams and forecast sales while managing day-to-day territory operations.

You will forecast sales, manage the territory, and travel up to 80% to service accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field(s).
• 2-5 years of related account management and supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with minimal overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and solid driving record for five years.
• DOT knowledge preferred.
• OSHA compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately forecast sales and meet annual sales goal for territory.
• Represent the Company’s full line of products and services to customers.
• Create, maintain, and present a Business Plan for assigned account base to Company management.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, product fulfillment, product quality, tester repair, warranty adjudication, AR/AP, and driver professionalism.
• Control inventory levels by counts and reconcile with data systems; some physical lifting of batteries required.
• Ensure deliveries are timely and sales are not lost.
• Run data reports to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Visit accounts to improve performance and relationships.
• Promote best practices on tester usage, product knowledge, and warranty procedures.
• Ensure contractor network is aware of new initiatives and promotions.
• Oversee safety and supervision of direct reports (Route Representatives).
• Adhere to or suggest more efficient operations policies.
