Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B sales with demonstrated record of success.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients within the assigned geographic region, including commercial property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute a proactive regional sales strategy that includes cold calling, networking, and targeting marketing.
• Educate clients on RoofConnect’s service offerings. Assess client needs and recommend tailored roofing solutions that align with their business goals.
• Use Salesforce to document all sales activity, manage leads and opportunities, and maintain accurate regional records.
• Manage a portfolio of regional accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze regional sales trends, revenue data, and operational performance.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking functions within the region; travel up to 15-20%.
• Work with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure service alignment with client expectations.
• Performs other essential duties as assigned.
