Job summary

Limbs & Things Ltd. is seeking a Regional Account Manager based in Los Angeles to cover Arizona, Utah, Southern California, Nevada, and New Mexico.

You will manage key accounts, nurture existing customers, and acquire new business across the territory while working remotely from LA. The RAM reports to the Regional Sales Manager and will collaborate with internal sales and customer service to deliver top-tier service, hit budgets, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of core sales principles and methodology.
• Ability to interpret sales data and write business plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and online databases.

Responsibilities

• In-person sales with key accounts in the simulation market (schools, hospitals, medical directors, etc.).
• Execute the national sales plan within the region.
• Hit all sales budgets and targets.
• Maintain and report on call rates, journey planning, quotations, and pipeline efficiency.
• Be customer-facing a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal sales and customer service teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
