Job summary

Tamou LLC is seeking a driven Mortgage Recruiter to join our team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top mortgage talent, including Loan Officers and Team Leads.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

This position requires in-person collaboration at our Troy, MI office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mortgage recruiting, talent acquisition, or mortgage lending strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage roles including Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, and Team Leads.
• Strong professional network within the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified mortgage talent.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of mortgage talent through networking and social media.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' fit.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with mortgage professionals.
