• 2+ years of related experience in recruitment/sourcing.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive recruitment strategies.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes all aspects of recruitment sourcing to develop a robust pipeline for specialized roles.
• Proactively identifies candidates through direct/indirect sourcing, including Boolean searches and networking.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to fill talent gaps and build pipelines.
• Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to align staffing needs with goals.
• Attends meetings to educate staff on sourcing techniques and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintains ATS data, tracks progress, and provides insights to improve outcomes.
