You will build a strong candidate network through market research and bench management, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and ensure reports and ATS data are up to date.

• Strong networking and market research skills for passive and active sourcing.

• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end selection process from screening to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to clients and handle objections in hiring.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and manage ATS reporting.
• Handle related administrative tasks and reporting.
