PNC is seeking a Workforce Planning Partner Senior to join the Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization. Based in major hubs including Downers Grove, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; or other listed locations, the role directs data-driven workforce strategies and drives cross-functional alignment with HR, Finance and business units.

The position requires strong experience in workforce analytics, scenario planning and change management, with a track record of executive-facing storytelling and measurable

Qualifications

Experience with workforce planning concepts and data storytelling for executives.
Knowledge of HR, Finance, and business alignment requirements.
Experience with multi-horizon scenario planning and governance.

Responsibilities

Directs design and measurement of complex, data-driven workforce strategies.
Influences major investment and transformation decisions across units.
Leads executive engagement in strategic workforce planning processes.
Shapes operating models for scalable work across locations.
Drives adoption of workforce planning tools and standards.
Translates plans into prioritized actions with owners and timelines.
