Formación

• University/college degree with 5+ years of industry experience and at least 3 years of management.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Experience in talent acquisition and staffing management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements recruiting programs and talent outreach solutions.
• Manages a team responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Maintains external partnerships with staffing and marketing agencies and related partners.
• Leads collaboration with business partners using labor market data anchored in the EVP.
• Identifies efficiency initiatives to improve talent attraction and coaches teams.
