Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for the Recruiting Strategy & Enablement team to own end-to-end strategic programs that improve recruiting quality, efficiency, and compliance on a global scale. You will partner with Global Recruiting Leads, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to balance long-running portfolio work with fast-moving priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing programs and projects in a global, high-growth setting.
• Proven ability to drive measurable quality and efficiency in People/HR functions.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered programs or assessments, from strategy to rollout.
• Strong initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own and steer strategic programs, including metrics tracking and reporting.
• Lead change management within recruiting teams and with partners.
• Develop enablement strategies: comms plans, FAQs, stakeholder resources.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs.
• Design training guides to elevate recruiter capabilities.
• Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers on high-priority initiatives.
• Manage portfolio governance: SteerCos, DRIs, progress reports for leadership.
• Navigate global regulatory and compliance requirements impacting recruiting.
