Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative Core Business Recruiter to support critical core functions. You will partner with senior leaders who shape Stripe’s financial strategy, external narrative, long-term growth, and company-wide decisions.

This role requires ownership of full-cycle recruiting, advising on hiring strategy and market conditions, and building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams across multiple geographies and senior roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and market insights.
• Ability to influence decisions through data and market knowledge.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialized or senior roles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Advise on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring approaches for senior roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build broad, qualified pipelines.
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks, and inform leadership updates.
• Improve recruiting processes and test practical changes for clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a smooth offer and onboarding.
